Designed using the latest mobile development technology, this fast, secure, easy-to-use mobile app works online and offline, allowing care workers to log into and view their scheduled daily care visits. Care workers can access relevant information about each customer - such as Care Plans, Risk Assessments and any other documentation - with information populated from the Konnektis Admin platform using K Forms, our dedicated care documentation builder. Previous care visit notes can be accessed and relevant information from the current visit can be recorded quickly and easily.
Konnektis Mobile benefits from 2-Factor Authentication using a reliable combination of a QR code scan and a PIN code so that information and access is controlled and log in/out times can be recorded accurately.
Every call is digitally logged, fully auditable and is available immediately to permissioned users on the Admin platform, which can be accessed in the office or in the field so that care providers can save time and money while improving regulatory compliance.
Should care workers need to alert the office about any element of a person’s care or wellbeing, this can be pushed using an Alert notification function, which informs office staff using the Admin platform and creates an end-to-end digital audit trail.
